10.0The land surrounding the villa is extensive and far bigger than the pictures show. We were arriving with a dog and the fencing is more than secure. The Villa itself is very clean and only a 10 minute drive from the city. The hosts are very welcoming. All amenities are great.
− A single thing was a bad smell from the basement, but we didn’t use it anyway and it wasn’t affecting our stay that much.

7.0We enjoyed eating al fresco and the proximity to neighbouring towns.
− The aircon only is only available in the bedrooms and the rest of the house was very hot during our stay in July. The property initially appeared as being in the countryside but after full payment was made the address of the property was altered and it turned out to be on the outskirts of Siena. once in the house the area was surrounded by trees and views of the countryside but the approach to the property was via built up areas. The pool area could do with being upgraded and the stairs leading into the pool require repairs.
