6.0La posizione dell'appartamento, la cucina era ben fornita.
− La camera con il letto matrimoniale è un corridoio quindi non è possibile accendere al letto se non dai piedi inoltre il materasso come già segnalato da altri continua a essere sfondato e si sentono le molle, lo abbiamo segnalato e ci hanno risposto che avrebbero mandato un controllo dopo la nostra partenza, quindi non hanno risolto il problema. Il condomimio è molto disturbato sia per i rumori dei vari appartamenti sia per i rumori continui per le scale in particolare di notte.

10.0Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Gegenüber liegen ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Dir U-Bahn bzw. Busse fahren nur wenige Meter entfernt.
− Für Menschen, die es tagsüber und nachts sehr ruhig brauchen, ist die Wohnung eher nicht geeignet. Und hat es allerdings nicht gestört.

8.0отличное расположение. Рядом метро, продуктовый супермаркет, отличая булочная. Квартира достаточно просторная . Есть лифт, особенно это важно, если у Вас есть чемоданы. Есть все необходимое для приготовления еды, так же посудомоечная машина и стиралка. Есть капсульная кофе машина. Кондиционер хорошо работал во всех комнатах.
− Единственная проблема - это запах. Похоже, это запах канализации. Особенно ощущается, когда приходишь вечером, после того как квартира весь день была закрытар
