9.0Un lotissement de 4 maisons dans une oliveraie sur les hauteurs à 4 kilomètres de Bosa. Notre maison était divisée en 3 appartements mitoyens au rez-de-chaussée. Le point fort est la très grande terrasse totalement ombragée avec salon et table à manger nos voisins étaient particulièrement discrets , nous n'avons eu aucune nuisance sonore . L'intérieur de l'appartement est un peu viellot mais il y a un lave linge, pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs au plafond dans les chambres. Pas de télévision mais wifi correct. Literie confortable. Le propriétaire sympathique et flexible sur les horaires. Parking sur place dans la propriété.
− Les prises électriques anciennes en petit nombre et qui necessiteraient davantage d'adaptateurs pour les différents appareils. Le prix , trop élevé par rapport aux prestations.

Wir waren trotz kleiner Unannehmlichkeiten sehr zufrieden mit Gastgeber und Wohnung.
8.0Sehr ruhige Lage, wenige Kilometer von Bosa entfernt (Ca 4Km), Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe (Ca 3Km), wenige Kilometer vom Strand Bosa Marina entfernt (Ca 4Km), geräumige Zimmer, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Gasherd, Fernseher.
− Zufahrt ohne Navigation schlecht zu finden, Es gab keine Klimaanlage nur Ventilatoren was im Hochsommer zu schweißtreibenden Tagen und Nächten führen kann, schlechtes Internett, Auto steht in der prallen Sonne.
Eine sehr entspannte, geräumige Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage
10.0Ein geräumiges Haus mit großer, überdachter Terrasse auf einem weitläufigen Anwesen mit wunderschönen Pflanzen. Zum Meer sind es zu Fuß 30 Minuten, es ist sehr ruhig.
− Für unseren Bedarf ( 2 Personen) war alles in Ordnung.
