Breathtaking 3 Bedroom unit with amazing sea views♡

This unit has everything as advertised. The view is wonderful and the kitchen is very well equipped. The lounge is comfortable. The property is well situated.

− 1. My adult daughter occupied the 3rd bedroom which is situated at the back and which is over the garages. The smokers/fishermen(?) congregate there and talk loudly, even at 5.30am. And one family apparently moved out of the complex at midnight, and kept her awake for a good length of time. Sleep is very important for my daughter, she never gets enough.. She had to work during this family holiday, getting up earlier and going to bed late, to accommodate work requirements, so this was very difficult for her. (For reasons to do with one of the children, my daughter needed to share that bedroom with the child and it wasn't possible to exchange rooms.) 2. The wifi is probably adequate for the average holiday maker. However, my daughter struggled with her important work-related video calls. This was a problem. 3. We also discovered during our stay, that extra keys to the flat seem to be held by whoever is in charge of maintenance. A painter walked in one day whilst we were home, having used his own key to open the front security gate. We were very concerned by this as we were afraid of unauthorized access to the flat when we were out. Spare keys need to be under tight control.

The most wonderful relaxing experience that we needed just to recover from the mad rat race.

Everything was perfect.

− The ocean it is full of human shit could not swim because of the useless municipality that do not maintain the sewerage plants they dump the shit in the lagoons and then expect us who pay a lot of money to go on holiday to swim in the shit. My view is the government is doing it on purpose to dump the shit in the ocean to kill the holiday market the stupid idiots. However, the apartment was so beautiful and well equipped with a stunning view of the ocean that we did not need to go to the beach we had everything we needed on tap.

Great experience from start to finish, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic accommodation, well equipped with a great sea view. Lovely pool and braai area in the complex and a 2 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Family loved it! Our host Franco was great!

The unit is spacious and a good place to visit for a holiday.

The location is great and the unit is pleasant. Franco is a great host and tries to ensure that the visit is pleasant.

− The unit needs a little refreshing, the balcony doors and the main bedroom door needs to be attended to. The were certain things that were not available that we had the last time we visited like the clothes horse.

The location was super! We loved being in our own apartment and not having to see anyone else. The key collection was simple, and everything was well organized.

− There wasn't much we didn't like, but the main bedroom could do with bedside lights....
