Definitely book the stay again if we were to come to Hayling Island again the hosts were very friendly and welcoming
9.0The property was just perfect clean and homely and the cosy touches to the hideout made the stay relaxing everything and more for our visit to the island, the goodie basket was a great idea all you needed for a cup of tea or coffee and breakfast bits to start the next morning

10.0Tucked away on a quiet road, but walking distance to beach, and excellent local cafe . The studio itself has everything you need for a relaxing break and the owners are very helpful and welcoming.
− Not having a washing machine.
