Spacious home, beach front, amazing view
7.0Very spacious home with various places to sit and relax. The view over the beach and the mountains is unbeatable. It's also very close to a supermarket and a gift shop. The style/furniture is a bit outdated but that didn't bother us at all. Really liked the artistic vibe. Visited in mid January when it gets dark quickly but still had enough day light for walks. It would've been really nice if there was wood to use in the fireplaces, to make it extra cosy. There is an airco in the main room, but the small sitting room with the beautiful view was a bit chilly. I believe in summer the garden outside is lush green and you just walk over to the beach to swim in the ocean. Would love to come back.
− A downside is that it's not very well noted that the dishwasher cleaning tablet must be put at the bottom instead of in the door (as it normally goes), which had resulted in very dirty forks, kives, glasses etc from previous visitors. So we first had to wash everything before use. The garbage bins outside were over filled and difficult to close. The shower curtain could use a wash, because it smells really bad when it gets wet.
