− Only thing just need more towels and rags, we had to go buy more, but other than that it was perfect

10.0O contato com o anfitrião foi excelente desde o primeiro contato respondeu rapidamente as nossas demandas e solucionou as nossas dúvidas A casa atendeu todas as nossas expectativas. Estava bem equipada com louças novas e em boa quantidade estávamos em 6 adultos e 3 crianças, quartos e salas muito confortáveis e arejados. Todas as áreas bem limpas. A localização para nosso objetivo de férias em família foi excelente. Voltaríamos com certeza !
Fabelhaft bis auf den Check-In
9.0Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt hier. Ein Starterpacket mit Abfallbeutel, Abwaschmachinentabs und Toilettenpapier war vorhanden. Der Pool war schön sauber und hatte auch bereits Poolringe und Bälle was vorallem für Kinder sehr cool wäre. Disney, Universal und auch Legoland sind innerhalb von 30-40 min erreichbar je nach Stau und Tageszeit. Die Nachbarschaft ist eigentlich sehr leise, kommt aber immer auch auf die anderen Gäste die dort Ferien machen draufan.
− Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist der Check-in. Am Tag vor der Ankunft habe ich dem Besitzer extra nochmals geschriben und festgehalten das ich keinen Internetzugriff habe bis ich beim Haus angekommen bin. Soweit war alles gut, er hat uns den Türcode genannt und das WLAN Passwort gegeben. Am Eingangstor angekommen um in das Village zu gelangen sagte uns die Lady wir seien nicht angemeldet und sollen den Besitzer kontaktieren. Also mussten wir einen U-Turn machen und mit dem Besitzer in Kontakt treten, was zu einem 20CHF anruf führte und Gebühren fürs Internet weil das nunmal nicht in meinem Abo enthalten war. Am Ende hat er uns dann doch noch angemeldet und 15min später konnten wir das Gate passieren. Sehr ärgerlich da ich doch am Tag zuvor extra noch geschrieben hatte und ich die informationen so gratis übergeben konnte. Stellt daher sicher das er euch angemeldet hat bevor ihr am Tor steht.

10.0An exceptional experience! The villa is absolutely amazing, fully equipped with everything you could need and more. The pool and Jacuzzi are fantastic, and the neighborhood itself is wonderful, offering so many amenities and activities. Truly the best choice you could make!
I would rent this house again for our family trip.
10.0This house was everything me and my family needed and more it was spacious and my grand kids enjoyed the pool and the water park.
− A couple of the beds was to hard and uncomfortable and at night the house was sometimes to hot but other than that we was all okay with our stay.
