We had an incredible stay in El Nido because of The Apartments!
10.0The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had plenty of space for our family of 4 and our luggage. There was a full sized fridge in the downstairs great room. The location was excellent, right in the middle of shops, restaurants, and activities. The best part was the property manager, Garry, who took care of everything we needed throughout our stay, including food recommendations, island hopping tours, and even transportation to our next destination on the island. It was like having a relative as a local guide.
− Everything was great, but our fridge wasn’t very strong (kept most food well enough, but drinks went bad even though it was on highest setting). The water temperature in the shower was a bit inconsistent, though with the island heat it was refreshing to take a colder shower. Also, we had difficulty with our room door code. However, we could leave our key with the security guard (yes, they had someone 24/7 at the front gate) when we went out and he just gave it back when we returned.

Beautiful, well located villas
10.0The staff (especially Garry) Phoebe, Daniel, Jerry, Bong, all the others, is extremely helpful, professional, welcoming, kind and friendly. The facilities are exactly as pictured on Booking.com: modern and spacious, bright and clean. Guarded 24 hours. Gated entry. Free coffee and soft serve ice cream all day long. Fully stocked kitchen ( plates, utensils, etc...) Comfortable beds, bug zappers in the rooms. A/C was so welcome!

7.0Het is schoon, ruim, goede bedden en de locatie is perfect. Er is ook de gehele dag security aanwezig.
− Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is matig (het is erg duur namelijk). Alleen de kamer was erg relaxed qua comfort. Het zwembad is niet echt uitnodigend en het management probeert met name nog extra geld aan je te verdienen (hele dure taxi service voor het vliegveld en overdreven dure boottochten).
