− Accès à l’appartement compliqué via escaliers raids Accès au village en pente élevée Étages à monter pour chaque pièce Non adapté à des personnes à mobilité réduite, ou ayant des incapacités quelconque. Juste aussi pour des personnes voulant des accès simples via voiture ou à pieds.

Logement confortable, propre, très bien équipé et belle vue de la fenetre de l’etage

− Accessibilité très compliquée. Ruelles en très fortes pentes (20 -30%) et étroites sur 500m. La voiture avait du mal à monter la pente. Nous avons eu de la chance que personne n’arrive en face. On n’avait pas accès à la terrasse présentée/ en photo lors de la réservation- terrasse réservée au second appartement.

The appartement is situated in the town of Predore. A lovely quite town on the shores of Lake Iseo. The appartement looks recently renovated and thus makes a modern impression and has good, modern furniture and supplies. You also get a beautiful view of Lake Iseo from the appartement and the place was also very clean.

− The road leading up to the house, is described as a little steep. The road has a gradient of 20-30% and is in some places 2.20 meters wide. Going from the pictures on Booking.com, we expected to have a balcony or terrace with a view of the lake. There are however two separate appartements and we couldn't tell there was a difference. Instead, we were given the one wich has the balcony at the opposite direction, wich faces the mountain.

It was spacious for the three of us, clean fresh.

− Dirt on the pull out sofa bed, cover was not changed. Not easy to get too. You would need to be fit and active to climb the steps. No washing machine despite being advertised as having one.
