9.0Property was clean and tidy. Enough rooms for the amount of people that came from out of town. Closeness of all the amenities eg havelock north village, new world, cafes, te mata peak walk.
− Privacy from the neighbours that we were sharing the driveway with. No nettings in the dining room as it looked onto the driveway and neighbours property.
Great company. Loved the downstairs bathroom.

− More comfortable lounge chairs. Rails up front outside steps. And definitely hand rail stepss from dining area to kitchen.

10.0This five bedroom property worked well for our family. The big garden and fruit trees are lovely and proximity to the shops and supermarket allowed us to walk around instead of having to drive.
