I liked the size of the apartment and the location of it in Twickenham.

− There were not any manual and as a complained through e-mail I did not get any respond until my last day there. There were no host nearby and this experience of rather unpersonal attitude was uncomfortable. This led also to that I did not use the various equipment which were in the apartment.

Disappointing

− No instructuons to work the appliances. Heated towel rail that didnt work. Not enough sheets and towels for our 3 week stay without having to pay extra. Spent time and money at laundromat as host took so so long answer our question. Very dirty greasy oven tray. Heating timer was locked and we didnt know when it was gong to come on or go off. Flat was cold at times. Had to lift cupboard door to close fridge properly.

Absolute con men, avoid at all costs

Nothing, while experience was ruined by finding the flat filthy having not been cleaned and the rental Company telling me a refund would be processed which hasn’t been done

− When I arrived at the property it had not been cleaned, there were towels in the bathroom with stains on, the bedding had not been washed and had someone’s hairs on. The whole place was filthy. It took hours for the company to respond to me, they eventually said they will arrange for a cleaner to come out the following day, and would issue me with a refund for the cost of the night and the cleaning. A week and a half later, having provided pictures of the issues at the time, and them confirming in writing a refund would be processed they have yet to confirm the refund amount or actually process it. I’ve chased endlessly, they are absolute con men
