1.0À notre arrivée l’hôtel était fermé, personne n’a répondu au téléphone…. Pourtant réservation faite il y a 8 mois…???? Heureusement que l’office du tourisme nous a redirigé vers la villa Metis à qui il restait une chambre.

1.0Hôtel fermé depuis certainement quelques mois !!! Je demande le remboursement des sommes versées (118 €) et un dédommagement pour les désagréments ( kilomètres supplémentaires parcourus, frais de péage, énervement généré pour trouver en urgence un autre hôtel, et haut niveau de stress

Bien choisir sa chambre
8.0Pas eu de problème La chambre était trop petite mais nous en connaissions la surface avant, maintenant on a vu. Personnel serviable et poli, petit déj très correct.

8.0Ce qui nous a quelque peu contrarié est l exiguité des toilettes et de la salle de bains, des personnes corpulentes n y seraient certainement à l aise. A part cela, hôtel tout à fait correct.

10.0Séjour très bien le personnel très compétent et très gentils a l écoute de leurs clients je recommande cet hôtel
