9.0− The owner was very supportive and the room was comfortable, but I had some difficulties with parking. I think renting a dedicated parking space would solve this issue.
Amazing customer service, yet the worst room and room service I had .
4.0Customer service were really responsive and extremely polite
− Street parking or ‘10$” overnight, the room smelled like cigarettes for two nights, rusty screw on the floor, the shampoo and shower gel were the same thing in different bottles “didn’t dare to use!”. 1 towel for me and my wife “for two days!” No elevator, no host, and nothing that would give you the feeling of hospitality “the have a boiler yet no coffee or tea”.
