Good location in terms of surrounding area, limited parking but for the 15 minutes we were there we managed to find a parking space

− Avoid this property if you want a decent bed to sleep on, bed base needed replacing but was bodged with wood which was noted on a previous review with photographic evidence - when contacted by booking before our stay they said it had been 'fixed' - as far as I'm concerned the only way a broken divan base can be fixed is by replacing it. Property only had 2 mugs when reservation was for a larger group, this stay was a month ago and the property are not engaging with Booking.com to resolve the fact that we needed to book last minute alternative accommodation due to travelling as a group so we couldn't be split up as we only had 1 vehicle between us and needed to stay at the same location, hence organising such a large property. The stress of dealing with this has aggravated my health conditions and sent my blood pressure through the roof- the only compensation we've been offered is less than £30, I was offered a refund by booking on the day but we would still have been several hundreds of pounds out of pocket so still fighting to get this resolved as the first call we were told that Booking.com would get property to cover difference between the costs of accommodation as well as refunding what was paid so we weren't out of pocket. When we booked this property over a year before the property had a rating of 10, if I could give it minus figures based on my experience I would. I have always left honest reviews and this has been very restrained - I will let the pictures speak for themselves I am only able to upload 4 photos and cannot upload the video I took on arrival, which I took as I was concerned about whether or not things had been resolved from previous listings. This property needs to actually do a inventory and increase their standards as there were opened packets of food, a rusty grater and food residue left in the kitchen sink, plus bedding left in the washing machine and no plug in the bathroom sink.
