10.0The annex was fantastic with excellent facilities the owners couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The area was so lovely. It was a 10 min bus ride from the centre of Exeter and about a 38 min walk. There were also a couple of local pubs about 6 min walk away. The area is so beautiful we would definitely stay again maybe for a long weekend to be able to explore more
− The only issue was the local pubs were only open until 8pm at night

10.0We spent a lovely couple of nights here. The annexe was perfect - the accommodation was immaculate with everything we could want. Dawn was really friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent - in a quiet area within easy reach of Exeter and local pubs or country walking.
