10.0Perfect location, between skegness and ingodmels. The van was well equipped and the site was quiet just right for my grandson, my daughter and myself

10.0First time staying in a caravan & it was an amazing experience the owner was very nice the neighbours were very friendly it was close to the shops & attractions overall it was an excellent trip we truly enjoyed our stay will definitely do it again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

9.0It was spotless when we arrived with everything we could need, lovely quiet site, yet only a five min drive to Skegness & Ingoldmells, we booked for a couple of nights to try it and will definitely be returning, Mary was a great host, thank you Mary
− I can’t think of a single thing to dislike that like affect the lovely break that we had

− Lack of communication from host and the odd thing didn’t work ie microwave etc but it was cheap stay for us
