4.0Lets start this review of with the positives. The appartment is clean, kitchen is adequately equipped and washer and dryer were functional.
− 1. Communication, we had to start all communication, no check-in instructions, no clear address everything had to be asked by us. 2. The appartment was not ready at 14h, time of check-in once again we had to ask when the cleaning was completed to be able to enter the accomodation. 3. Overall quality is less than desirable, toilet seat that doesn't stay up, you can only shower when you hold the shower head or the whole bathroom gets sprayed. The shower drain is barely functional. 4. The house comes with 16 rules, not just the simple house rules every acccomodation has, but specific rules. (Outdated as well, WiFi information is not up to date for example). 5. Lake view is generous in the title, if you sit on the public terrace (overviewing a commercial square with zero privacy) you can see the lake through the scrubs of the neighbour. 6. The property lists free parking, however reccomended spaces included a residence zone where signs were posted that without permit cars would be towed. Or blue spaces indicating paid spaces.

− Je crois qu'on ne devrait pas mentionner "vue sur le lac". On doit être à l'extérieur de l'appartement et sorti de la terrasse pour avoir une vue très partielle du lac. Ça n'enlève rien à l'appartement qui est propre et bien situé. Aussi, on nous avait dit qu'il y avait un stationnement gratuit d'inclus. Cependant, le stationnement est dans la rue, si vous réussissez à trouver un emplacement. On a un peu galèré à en trouver un.

1.0− I was very disappointed with my stay at Lovely apartament in Pogradec. The room was not clean, the staff was unhelpful, and the service overall did not match the price. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the bathroom had a bad smell. We also experienced delays with check-in and poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend this place and definitely won’t be coming back. the curtains in the room were practically see-through, so there was no privacy One of the biggest issues was the noise from the bar/restaurant next door until 02:00 am.
