Unit got double booked. We had to stay in the cabin. Minimal facilities. Not a happy stay
3.0We were able to stay in the cabin on the property. Gave us somewhere to sleep but still not happy
− The self contained unit was double booked. We were offered 2 nights in the cabin option instead. No bathroom and very little facilities. Bad fishy smell. Owner not happy to refund us the proper amount owed. Said we were to try organise a refund through booking.com ourselves. We were not happy with this at all as she was at fault. She came across quite defensive about the situation. Wont stay here again.

1.0− property was cancelled the day of check in and we had to chase Booing.com for the refund. which is now progressing. we only booked the accommodation the prior evening which may have made the cancellation and communication a little tight, but it should have been made not available on the website. Not a very satisfactory experience.
