10.0Location is awesome. In the middle of the tea estate the views especially in early mornings are breathtaking. Every cottage has a private balcony which is facing the hills and tea estate. There is a very narrow road to reach the property as it is in middle of the estates. Google maps does show route correctly and you will see direction boards placed along the way to guide the guest. If you reach there in night you may feel like going on a road heading to dead end (might feel bit scarred as well) but the direction boards were helpful. Please ensure to download the map well ahead of reaching there as there is hardly any network there.
− The breakfast is decent but the veg food could have been little more tasty. The paneer gravy’s weren’t that good.
Absolutely dissatisfied and we recommend no one visits and has this experience.

− The staff were extremely rude and the hospitality was probably the worst we’ve seen in Kerala so far.

− Im Badezimmer gab es keine Lüftung oder ein Fenster, sodass nach dem Duschen alles sehr lange sehr nass blieb. Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas lieblos, jedoch recht lecker.
Except cleanliness in the room, it was an amazing stay.
7.0The location was perfect. In the middle of tea plantations. They have camp fire for 1 hour, swimming pool, tree hut and a small park. It was cozy and overall nice experience.
− The room was not so clean. We booked three rooms. Two of them was not cleaned well. There was dust in the floor and chopsticks and stains on the bed.
