De ligging is perfect, groot appartement, service van de eigenaar was goed bereikbaar. Onze Doce Gusto koffieapparaat werkte niet goed hij bracht ons snel een nieuwe. Eigen parkeerplek onder het appartement.

− Aan het appartement viel ons niets tegen. Wat jammer was is dat er vanaf 1 juli pas zonbedjes op het strand staan. Regels van de gemeente.

aggressive and threatening host

− in over 10 years of traveling and staying in all sorts of accommodations, i’ve never received such an aggressive, extremely rude and honestly scary-for-my-safety behaviour from the host. booking clearly states that check in is available from 4pm, and i had communicated we would arrived between 5 and 6, and an hour before our arrival we said 5. the host only came at 5.50 after we waited in the sun for 50 minutes, and instead of apologising, he ignored that we were waiting and instead showed up absolutely angry and aggressive because we weren’t the ones accommodating his needs. we are 4 girls in our mid20s and we felt honestly unsafe. we have been threaded, the host yelled at us that he would only speak spanish when we tried to communicate in english (we speak spanish but some things we don’t understand) , and forced to leave at an earlier check out time so we would “learn our lesson” (his words).

Was a lovely location close to the Arenal, shops bars etc

Very spacious, beds comfortable, shower superb, wrap around balcony with lovely view of the sea inlet

− Outside table had no top to it, no mirrors in bedrooms which would have been handy, twin room you couldn’t shut the door as bed in the way, 2nd toilet too near the wall so unless you were a child you had to sit sideways on.
