9.0La tranquillità dell'alloggio e la posizione nel verde, di fronte a un uliveto. Il parcheggio interno. La possibilità di avere un pass per parcheggiare liberamente sulla della Principessa. La bottiglietta di olio di produzione locale, regalata agli ospiti. La bellezza della spiaggia e della pineta di Rimigliano.
− Il leggero odore di chiuso all' interno dell' alloggio. Il rumore delle auto che si sente di notte dormendo con le finestre aperte. La mancanza del box doccia che rende il pavimento del bagno (senza finestra) continuamente bagnato. La mancanza di segnale telefonico all' interno dell' alloggio.
