Good but more attention to detail required.
6.0Good location, clean and reasonable facilities.
− The Hive, and hence no heating, not working on our arrival. Someone came to fix and, luckily, we had a plug that fitted the USB of the Hive hub. If we hadn’t we’d have been in a freezing cold house Xmas eve and day. I really thought these things would have be checked before we arrived.

4.0The house has almost everything for a stay. A few little things were missing, such as chopping board and a hear dryer.
− Everything is cheap and cheerful, dining table wobbly, bathroom door wasn't closing properly. Another minus to the house is that it has only one toilet.

8.0Was in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, and the surrounding neighbours were friendly and informative. The bedrooms and living areas were spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage for clothing, etc.
− Could do with some bowls for making or storing food that was made. Purchased some disposable ones to store salads and desserts made for packed lunches. Street parking is busy, if had more than one car, may struggle.
