− TV and lounge dining setup. pictures showed reclining lounge chairs but reality uncomfortable lounge suite. Dining table and chairs not at all comfortable to sit in or at. TV was way too small
Location, location, location….
10.0Central city stay and so close to everything - either walking or by scooter. Modern, clean and tidy apartment with the amenities we needed for our small family. Easy parking in the building with a great little cafe downstairs. Would recommend and will return next time in CHCH

− 房間隔音不佳，取鑰匙過程繁瑣，浴室太小間，蓮蓬頭水量太小，房間對面好像是警察局還是法院，半夜比較吵，常有嗚笛聲及車聲
Was the best place we stayed in NZ - comfort and location 10/10
10.0Very comfortable, spacious, well set up apartment in a very convenient location - so close to Riverside and all the restaurants and attractions. Hosts sent very clear instructions on how to get into the unit and how to use the facilities. Laundry facilities also available. There was also a parking space available which was extra large - we didn’t have a car so didn’t need the space.
