Fabulous, with a stunning view

The view was fantastic. The outside space was excellent

− Nothing really. It was a traditional house so we knew what we were letting ourselves in for. Some improvements could be: small light on the steps to the property, an extra cupboard in the kitchen to store any food and a full length mirror in the bedroom.

We really loved our stay at Looby's. We have only good things to say. The house is in a great location: 500m from the nearest beach Penteli, and within walking distance to several very nice beaches that are less busy than Penteli. The highlight of this house are its outdoor patios, with beautiful views to the Penteli bay. It is in a quiet location (no car traffic). The house was very clean, the checkin was super easy. We missed our connecting flight and arrived one day later - the property managers quickly helped us rebook our taxi and met us at the property at the new arrival time. For us, the house had all amenities we needed (kitchenware, bedding, washing machine, etc). It was the first time we stayed in a traditional house in Greece and we really enjoyed this experience! We highly recommend it.

− This is a traditional house and it thus has all the pros and cons of a traditional house. For us, the cons were really not a problem. I imagined though that for a person with mobility issues, this is likely not a good place to stay as it has stairs to go from the bedroom/bathroom to the kitchen. For this reason, it might also not be appropriate for small children. The bathroom is outside the house (like in old houses), so it took us 1 - 2 days to get used to it, but it is only a few steps from the bedroom to the bathroom, so nothing really problematic. We had really warm days during our summer holiday, and the house has no AC (but it has a fan). As we we don't use AC, this was not a problem.
