Понравилось абсолютно все. Отличная вилла для отдыха, большие комнаты, высокие потолки, много места, отличный бассейн, хорошая укомплектованная кухня, есть парковочное место. Отличная коммуникация с хозяином, желаю ему удачи и здоровья.

This was our second stay in the property. It is a nice villa, perfectly situated for our needs. It is nicely furnished and comfortable

− Having been there before we knew our way around However there is no guidance or instructions for use of any equipment in the villa The only instructions received were regarding entrance into the villa. Maintenance of the premises seems to be lax. We reported that the lights around the pool were not functioning. Nothing was done so we had to purchase and fit new lamps at.our expense. Lucky we have electrical experience! One of the dining chairs failed causing one of our party to fall through. Again reported but no action! The pool umbrella was broken and could not be used. Again reported but no action! There are broken electric fittings in the garden area. Hopefully they are disconnected. They were the same last time we stayed two years previously! It would be nice to know when the gardeners and pool cleaners would be coming

Very clean and comfortable villa!

Nice Villa That Could Be Perfect

The villa location was excellent and close to all shops and restaurants. Internally, it was very modern with 2 well equipped bathrooms. All rooms were of a high standard and very spacious.

− Although previously said, the villa was clean, spacious, and modern. However, there were a number of things that let it down. The outside space was tired and in need of TLC, i.e., garden furniture, lack of sunbeds for 6 people (only 4 and 1 was broken), only 1 sun umbrella and that was not working (contacted owners but was told it worked, so did without). We were there for 2 weeks, and there was no linen or towel change (again contacted owner and got no satisfactory answer). Our family has stayed in Cyprus on numerous occasions and always rented villas where there was always a linen and towel change weekly. I feel that if these details are addressed, then this would be a perfect villa for a family close to Coral Bay.
