4.0There was no breakfast. House was a family home si access to kitchen was very limited, so we didn't use it. It was miles from any big sized town or tourist interests
− The whole place was too isolated

7.0Good location, a quiet and peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle.
− Me and my partner we are traveling a lot around the England and abroad and we have never been in the situation where you have to pay extra £20 for late check in. There should be some clear info before you pay. About shared bathroom you find out in full description not on the front site. Based on the reviews and description on the site I quote .." Morden Shared Spaces: Feel free to use our open-planned living space…cosy living room with log burner with open planned dining area and a large fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances."... I went at the morning to the kitchen prepare some coffee going back to the room I was told that kitchen is not for use and there is a kettle and cups in the room.
Beautiful house in a lovely location
8.0Beautiful house and decorated to a very high standard throughout. Chris was a lovely host and very friendly. Great location with easy access to newquay and Aberaeron. On site parking lovely garden with big table and seats. Nice pub about a mile away with good food also chippy and a convenience shore
− Only 1 shared bathroom. No problem for us as we were the only couple there-but if the other 2 rooms were occupied it could be a problem- could do with an additional toilet really

9.0I loved the place. Obviously we'll cared for and a lot of pride is taken in it.
− I dont believe it was on the advertisement that it was an additional £20 for checking in after 7pm. It may well be but I didn't spot it. This should be made clear when you book, before you pay for your stay.
