Staff and breakfast experience VERY disappointing for an otherwise good hotel.
1.0− Staff was extremely rude. We came down to have breakfast at 8AM well within the time breakfast was served and there was nothing left. When we spoke to the staff, they said: "We already filled it once, and that is all we are doing. You should have come down at 6:30AM when it was first served". Unbelievably rude, unbelievable that the hotel would advertise breakfast and it being served between a time frame, for us to arrive in the middle of the timeframe, and be told tough luck. They know how many people are booked and to not be prepared or just not honor their promise is unacceptable.
