The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The rooms and all common areas were spotless, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable. The facilities are excellent, well maintained, and designed to provide maximum comfort. We also loved the food: every meal was delicious, with high-quality ingredients and plenty of variety. Every detail reflects the care and passion of the entire team. It was honestly one of the best stays we’ve ever had.
