Nice clean little room for a good price in a safe place in an expensive city.
9.0Hosts are really helpful, even include local resto list and can assist quickly with any issues. The room is small but is equipped with many cooking gadgets and small fridge -- it is easy to prepare simple meals . Safe residential location. No dog -- so can walk into gate of fenced yard without needing to check.
− All good if you have a car or even a bicycle -- If not, LA public transport is not great... so might be tricky if you can't afford Ubers.
Quiet couple get away with small patio
9.0Location was good - near the 405 and easy to get to other places in LA area. Ample street parking. Independent entrance! Comfortable and quiet. Good size bathroom with hot water always! Lake Balboa was not very far and a great place to visit. The little patio was nice and cozy.
It was perfect.
9.0Everything was great with the exception of the noise from the clock being my only complaint. It was fairly quiet except for the clock ticking. It was convenient to where I needed to be. It was clean and the entry was well lit. The neighborhood was nice and close to parks and restaurants and not too far from attractions, like Universal Studios, Santa Monica Mountains and shopping malls.
