way over priced and the place is very run down
3.0didnt get breakfast, the location of the house is good
− the hot water unit didn't work until we fixed it ( lucky we had a plumber with us) on the 2nd day, the air conditioner does not work so place was very hot, one bedroom didn't have blinds so that guest tried to sleep with street lights coming through window, the towels provided I would give to a pet as very very old and poor quality

1.0They were scammers, they charged us 1668 AUD for the property but we didn’t mind it coz we were 3 families visiting Grampian park. Turns out that was a total waste of money, the house was not cleaned, the beds were not made up, kitchen was dirty. And the owners ghosted us

− EVERYTHING NOT GOOD FOR THE MONEY WE PAID. TV DOES NOT CONNECT WITH WIFI, CHEAP BRAND TV, WIFI 20MB CONNECTION-THIS IS ALSO CHEAPEST. NO AC IN THE ROOMS, ONLY ONE ROOM HAS AC, WATER SMELLY, WE REQUESTED FOR EXTRA TOILET PAPER BECAUSE WE WERE STAYING 3 NIGHT AND 10 PERSON. BUT HOST GAVE ONLY 2 TISSUE ROLL FOR ALL OF US. TOLET DOES NOT HAVE ANY LOCK. DINING TABLE CAN ONLLY ACCOMODATE 6 SITTING. VERY TINY BIN PROVIDED. ONE ROOM HAS NO WINDOW BLIND/CURTAIN. SHOWER HEAD IN BATHROOM LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF WALL. IF U ARE TALL AND WANT TO WASH HEAD, U HAVE TO BEND DOWN. NO RICE COOKER IN KITCHEN. THEY ALLOW 10 PERSON TO STAY BUT PROVIDED ONLY 4 GLASS FOR DRINKING WATER, 6 PLATES. WE HAD TO DRINK WATER IN LITTLE WINE GLASS.
