10.0близость к пляжу, самый лучший и чистый пляж в Паттайе именно в этом районе и проход до него буквально в двух минутах ходьбы. много магазинов рядом, минут за 10 можно дойти до рынка с едой и фруктами, также в шаговой доступности салоны с массажем. Тихий и спокойный район, хорошая охрана и бесплатная парковка у отеля. Этот район далековато от улицы с сонгтео (минут 20-30), на которых можно доехать в центр, но это мелочи. сама квартира чистая, хорошая плита, много посуды, просторно, отличный вид с балкона.
− нет стиральной машины ни в отеле, ни в апартаментах, ближайшая прачечная самообслуживания минут в 15 ходьбы

3.0Ничего мне в этом гостинице не понравилось. Эта гостиница не предназначена для семейного расположения.
− Не чистое постельное белье, не чисто под кроватью, стулья грязные, кухня тоже не удовлетворена. Интернет плохой. Электричество дорогое. В коридорах нет электричества. Мониторы видео камеры наблюдения на ресепшн абсолютно не работают. Бронировали нам подходящий номер для 3 персонала, но без нашего разрешения заселили в другой номер. Всё равно деньги не вернули. Не рекомендую данную гостиницу.
