8.0Las instalaciones son adecuadas a la calidad precio, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar las vacaciones. En general todo estaba limpio y en perfectas condiciones.
− Deberían repasar un poco los cubiertos porque había algunos que estaban sucios dentro del cajón.
Just what we needed. A comfortable couple of weeks in the sunshine
10.0The property was really clean, well equipped and comfortable. Ideal for one or two couples. The host provided very useful guidance on arriving and departing as well as tips on the local area.
− There were few facilities close to the accommodation. There is a small shop and a bar but not much else. However, we were there in the off-season. That said, we found excellent restaurants a short drive away.

9.0− Almohadas demasiado grandes y duras. Lámparas de la habitación con diseño, pero incómodas de encender porque te tenías que levantar para encenderlas, pues el interruptor estába en el suelo.
Appartement moderne
9.0⸻ Bel appartement moderne situé dans une résidence de standing sécurisée. Fonctionnel et confortable avec ses deux chambres, deux salles de douche, son salon avec cuisine ouverte, et surtout son balcon donnant sur une piscine ainsi qu’un superbe rooftop équipé de bains de soleil et d’un salon d’été. Quelques points négatifs cependant : la propreté des espaces extérieurs (sols et tables) est perfectible. De plus, à quelques jours de l’arrivée, il a fallu choisir entre payer 50 € supplémentaires pour une « casse éventuelle » ou déposer une caution de 300 €. Une démarche mesquine, d’autant plus que des bols en plastique déjà fissurés et inutilisables ont été signalés dès l’arrivée, sans être remplacés. Cela interroge sur l’utilité réelle de ces frais. Concernant l’environnement, les abords extérieurs menant à la plage sont parfois sales, notamment après le marché. En revanche, les plages elles-mêmes sont propres et agréables, avec une eau chaude, peu profonde et bien protégée de la houle (Mar Menor).
