7.0Byt se nachází v podkroví rodinného domku v zahrádkářské a chatové kolonii mimo město, kousek od řeky. Místo je klidné, kolem domu je moc pěkná zahrada. Majitel je příjemný, čekal na nás ve sjednaný čas. Nabídl nám i mátu na čaj z vlastní zahrady. Auto jsme mohli zaparkovat ve dvoře. Pronájem bytu byl velice levný.
− Byt by potřeboval důkladně uklidit. Všude je vidět spousta staré mastnoty, chuchvalce prachu pod postelí, špinavá lednice, ručníky zapáchaly.... Je to velká škoda, kdyby byl byt perfektně čistý, hodnotil bych 10.
