8.0Great location just a block off the strip and beaches. Ideal for any Hampton Beach events. Staff was nice, rooms were clean, hard to ask for more from a motel. Would go back for sure.

10.0The room was very clean, and so was the whole property. The pool was heated, clean, and quiet, and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were cozy, but my only complaint would be that the bed was a bit uncomfortable, so uncomfortable that I left my husband in bed and slept on the couch LOL. It was within walking distance to everything, about a block or 2, which was perfect to keep us away from the noise of downtown. I would not mind staying here again!

6.0The floor in the room was filthy. We never saw any person on staff until we checked out. The area was accessible to the beach and surrounding sites.

6.0We checked in late to our room, and when we got in, there was an unmade bed in the extra room, along with dirty towels and you could see visible dirt and crumbs on the floor and bed. Unfortunately by the time we checked in I was unable to speak to staff, I promptly left a message with the company as soon as we saw the state of the room and have followed up with another message today and have not heard back yet.
