Overall we enjoywd the time on the island.

Garden, Pool, good kitchen seize. Beds were Comfy, good bathroom, Lovely patio and comfortable Lounge area. Lovely neighbours

− Pool Pump Running during the Night, Filthy floors ( looked clean but left feet black so had not been properly mopped), Fan in small bedroom only works on fastest Setting. Kitchen could have used for laege Potts to Slow cooking for up to 6 people and a scissor in the kitchen would have been great. Due to the Bridge work and detoure in Place it was very Noisy with Traffic but we understand this is not normally the case.

A great place for a family holiday on a beautiful island

Spacious, comfortable beds, well furnished and equipped , lovely well maintained swimming pool, indoor and outdoor seating areas, lots of fans and beautiful tropical surroundings.

− Temporary traffic issues on the island made it a bit noisier than expected as traffic was diverted along Barton St. No wifi

Tired and tatty, but could be lovely if the outside was updated.

Starting with the positives: the beds were comfortable, the linen was clean and plentiful and the kitchen/ dining area was modern and comfortable. Unfortunately when we arrived it was apparent that the exterior hadn’t been maintained, and whilst we accept that there had been extreme weather, it passed weeks before we arrived. The decks were covered in droppings, the seating was tired, tatty and dirty. The BBQ grill was greasy. The pool was green. Thank you to Sindy from the letting agency who arrived first thing the next morning to rectify as best as possible. There were droppings inside the property too, gecko apparently. The fixtures and fittings like fan switches, door locks/ latches and ceiling fans had all seen better days when Mrs Mangle was alive. It’s a great little place, but down at heel, and not helped by being less than spotless. All that said, the agency were helpful and friendly, and the island is very pretty. Well worth a visit.
