It's toxic, it's creepy, oh and there was no coffee, just a couple of tea k-cups. Save your money.
1.0The building, the construction, layout, etc was nice - not just contractor grade. BUT... that's about it.
− The toxic chemical smell from the cleaning agents and/or air 'fresheners' was HORRIBLE. Overwhelming is not a strong enough word. When we arrived (it was after dark - and it took 20 minutes to find the right building, and where to park, in the dark compound, with motion-sensor floods that would come on for a couple of minutes) we immediately turned off the 4 AC units and opened all of the windows, and promptly left to grab a late dinner - hoping it would be aired out when we got back. Well, no. Not by a long shot. I tried to sleep with my head wrapped in a hoodie, but at about 2am I gave up and went to my car to try to sleep. That was not a comfortable option, so I got on my phone and found a hotel for our 2-night weekend stay. We left about 2:30 or 3:00, never went back. I wish I had read the reviews on AirBnB before I booked it, because there was a review just like our experience. If I had seen that I would NEVER have booked it. Hopefully others will read this review, and avoid this poisonous creepshow of a place.

10.0big driveway to fit a truck and boat. crisp AC, great amenities, great wifi, great tv services (free movies), great kitchen space and appliances. very comfy expensive recliner couches. centrally located. close to downtown annapolis, close to a boat ramp.
