1.0A simpatia da funcionaria (Ana) que tentava dissimular as coisas menos boas .
− Estava anunciado a 350 metros das termas, mas sim uma distancia de 5(cinco) km Pequeno almoço muito pobre (pão com manteiga, compotas, leite e chá na saída o sumo de laranja(diluído com mistura de sumo natural)). Cama fraca, os colchões de espuma(????) tive que mudar a posição dos mesmos. As camas não foram feitas. Televisão no quarto dos anos noventa que não funcionava. Os sofás da sala de estar que sentados sentiasse as tabuas da estruturas, a televisão funcionava ao (murro)
