− Độ sạch sẽ, phòng tắm trong cần có vách kính ngăn, đẻ toalet không bị ướt. Thiết bị VS nên màu trắng đẻ tiện việc phát hiện bẩn, vệ sinh kịp thời. Bếp cần có microwave, thiết bị cần đi kèm với tủ lạnh. Nhà có thể chứa 8 người nên cần có đủ 8 bộ đồ ăn, tô/ bát, dĩa, cốc…
