One of best rentals we have ever stayed out; checked all the boxes
10.0Great location, very clean and well maintained, has lots of extras like chairs, beach umbrella, balls, snorkel and masks, did not nickel and dime you; checkout was super easy. They even let us check in early and leave late as no one was before or after us. One of the best rental experiences ever.

10.0The apartment was very clean and fresh with all the amenities that you need. Free parking is another plus. The host was very accommodating and fast responding. Very good indeed.

Great condo close to everything!
10.0Beautiful condo very close to everything and a couple blocks from the beach. Anything you could possibly need was provided by the host including paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates, plastic cutlery, zip lock bags and trash bags. Our family of 8 stayed for 8 nights and had a wonderful visit.
− The building the condo is located in is very old and could use an update.

10.0Never have I been at an accommodation that was so well-stocked or equipped with things, whether for a visit to the beach or for cooking, storing of food, coffee (and creamer!), paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), etc. It was over the top! And, of course, the free parking spot makes a huge difference. I highly recommend Ty's place.!
