Está muy bien equipado, secador, plancha, utensilios de cocina, con todas las comodidades. Está un poco alejado pero al estar cerca de Brixton hace que esté bien conectado. El sitio es súper tranquilo. La anfitriona está pendiente de todo y es muy comunicativa. La limpieza bien, exceptuando el horno, lo demás limpio. Es muy acogedor. Sin duda volveríamos a quedarnos allí.

− La única falta que puedo poner es el colchón, que es blando y con muelles y se hunde.

− Before our trip, communication with the host (a lady) was pleasant and smooth. However, upon arrival, contact was handled by a man who was unfortunately very rude. When we reported the subpar cleanliness of the apartment, he immediately threatened to cancel the booking instead of offering a solution. Since that would mean a last-minute search for an available and affordable hotel, not knowing if we would get a refund for this flat reservation, cancellation was not a realistic option. The apartment itself had several cleanliness issues: dust on windowsills, ledges, and edges, mold and residues in the pantry containers, toaster, and oven, which led us to eat out. The dish brush and sponge were old and worn. Additionally, a bicycle in the entrance blocked part of the apartment access and therefor also the only emergency escape route. Please note that street parking is not free between 12:00 and 14:00 (costs £26 / approx. €30 per day), despite the information provided by the man mentioned above. He told us if we parked at specific spots on the other site of the road there was no charge. Doing so resulted in a fine of £160. Areas for improvement: – Thorough cleaning of the apartment – Updating cleaning tools and kitchen equipment – Clear parking information – More storage space for clothes and luggage – Providing tea towels and possibly a coffee maker – Availability of a washing machine has no added value if there is no real option to dry your clothing – More comfortable mattress and mixer taps in kitchen/bathroom

The property was exactly as described. Lovely and spacious, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay here. Hope to be back!

L'emplacement est bon. Message clair et précis, pour accéder au logement. Hôte gentille réponds vite. Draps super doux.

− Dommage que le chien fait énormément de bruit quelque soit l'heure. Le lit est de très mauvaise qualité. On dirait un lit trouvé dans la rue. Pas de miroir dans la salle de bain.
