− The room requires repairment at certain points. No trash bin in the kitchen. The pillows aren't super clean.

5.0The host was great, he even offered to pay for the parking from his phone. He was helpful and friendly
− The place has many broken stuff. Fallen tiles in the bathroom, toilet paper hanger was broken, the toilet itself was moving while you were sitting on it. There were spider webs on the ceiling. Also they forgot to turn on the conditioning and it was very cold in the beginning, however after few hours it got warm and it was okay. It needs to be fixed up and it will be great.
I do not recommend anyone to stay here except if they have nowhere else to go (especially during the winter)
2.0Hot tub
− Insufficient heating, no toilet paper, not enough towels, improper bedding, not enough privacy (narrow curtains), no shower curtain, poorly done shower floor tiles (water tends to run towards the rest of the bathroom), no carpets whatsoever with no floor insulation or heating, no hanging wardrobe, no coat hooks, water damage on ceiling, holes in drywall, bathroom heater remote with dead battery inside, two non-stop barking dogs for two nights straight and after 45 minutes in the hot tub the electricity goes out in the whole apartment (which could be a coincidence because none of the breakers inside the apartment were out) but it was enough to make us quit the hot tub altogether.
