− Mini slips to gear the house which couldn’t keep up when it was 10 degrees outside. Just wasn’t what WE FEEL was advertised.

8.0Centrally located, but turn out onto main road was certainly challenging.
− Parking was very very tight and somewhat perilous when leaving. Air conditioner and thermostat were difficult to use, was hard to find a good setting / temperature.
Very nice in general.

− Temperature of water in the shower downstairs kept changing, so we had to keep regulating it pretty much all the time (faulty heater termostat?)
