1.0− They cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, leaving us stranded in London.

− We were given the wrong address. We were then told it was in the address next door. The accommodation was nothing like what we booked, it was filthy and there was glitter in the bed. The toilet was held up by something. The shower didn’t drain. The people in the house could see you in the shower as no blind in the bathroom. Nothing provided to close the blinds on the roof windows. Lots of damage in the property which we took photos of as didn’t want to be charged for something we didn’t do. Bathroom was mouldy. We were made to pay a deposit on top of the booking fee, but they did this privately and not through booking.com so felt very unsafe. Awful communication from host and hard to get hold of.

9.0Even though the property was not available, the host still catered for me in another property which was just as nice. Very clean and tidy and lovely hosts. Will definitely be in contact agin when I return back in a few weeks time
