A calm, authentic escape in nature — exactly the kind of weekend we were looking for.
10.0Outstanding location in the woods. Quiet and remote, far from roads and city noise — ideal for slowing down and recharging. We spent most of the time outdoors, and it genuinely helped to reset. Would definitely come back. The house itself is a former forester’s cabin from 1867, thoughtfully modernised with essentials like a hot shower and gas stove. The wood-burning fireplace adds real warmth and character, and the experience — simple, rural, and surrounded by birdsong and forest sounds — turned into exactly the kind of weekend we were hoping for.
− The weather could be better in April 😂. But not related to the place itself.
