− Personne pour accueillir, personne non plus le matin pour le petit déjeuner (donc pas de petit déjeuner) sans prévenir, nous étions deux à attendre bêtement que quelqu'un vienne. Tout les volets roulants de la Chambre étaient hs. Je n'ai jamais reçu ma facture après 5 relances.

− La réception était fermée à notre arrivée. Nous avons téléphoné au numéro affiché sur la porte avec aucune réponse de la part de l'établissement et avec messagerie pleine. NOUS AVONS DU DORMIR DANS LA VOITURE. Aucune nouvelle depuis !
Waren op doorreis, het was een tussenstop hotel.
5.0Het ontbijt was niet uitgebreid maar het nodige was er. De locatie was ok voor ons, waren op doorreis.
− Niemand aan de receptie om 17 uur zoals voorzien. Hebben een nummer moeten bellen om de code van de ingangsdeur te krijgen en hebben zelf onze sleutel moeten nemen. Dit was echt een minpunt en niet leuk.

2.0Das Hotel liegt unweit des Stadtkerns. Man erreicht die Restaurants fussläufig.
− Die Rezeption war um 18.40h nicht mehr besetzt, so dass wir zuerst nicht einchecken konnten. Am angegebenen Telefon sprach die Frau nur französisch, kein englisch. Wäre nicht ein anderer Gast da gewesen, wären wir nicht reingekommen. Geht gar nicht...
