1.0Location was the only good thing. this property is a complete waste of money. food is below average and staff is only friendly if you have cash in your hand for a tip. go somewhere else
− 2 of our 3 rooms had roaches and we were on 4th floor in 1 bedroom suites. the plumbing was lousy and shower in one room had no water at all on first day of trip. staff was only nice if you had money in your hand for a tip.

8.0Os restaurantes são maravilhosos, as piscinas são ótimas e a praia em frente ao hotel é sensacional.
− Nos colocaram em um quarto no 3º andar, porém o elevador daquele pedaço estava quebrado. Pelo elevador estar quebrado, em 7 dias que ficamos no hotel, só conseguimos serviço de limpeza de quarto 1 vez após muita insistência. Outro ponto bem ruim foi que os hóspedes tinham costume de pedir comida no quarto e após o consumo, colocar os pratos e talheres sujos nas portas dos quartos e ali ficavam por mais de um dia.
