8.0Location was great as was Ted place to stay near beech with Seaview and it was ideal. Apartment was spacious, sofa was bit too soft and low. Excellent view of city a.d local amenities there plentiful.
− Unfortunately the light switch for the spot lights in master bedroom was broken and couldn't turned off lights for long time, 2nd shower is very small, tall lamp in living room had a hole in it and small lamp shade was uneven, air conditioning did not work as couldn't lower temp to get comfortable as it was preset to 21degrees and wouldn't go lower which made the stay very uncomfortable during the day and especially at night. Main shower took long time to get hot and then cold, could with with curtains in main lounge as people could see in at night from other hotels.

− Very dirty, stains on the bedsheets and the shower wasn’t working . We will be complaining to get our refund.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
