− No privacy at all in roof terraces as all roof terraces are next to each other.

− We had issues with the heating. Was about 60 degrees when we arrived and it took hours for the unit to warm up. We called for help several times and it seemed that there was an issue with the thermostat??? It would have been nice to have the thermostat already set before we arrived. Renters need to know that there are two sets of steep stairs
