Very disappointing. The apartment is horrible. Our first bad experience with Booking.com.
2.0We liked the location and the view. The apartment was also very quiet.
− Almost everything in this apartment is old and outdated. It needs a total refurbishment. The kitchen is 1970s style. No plug for kitchen sink. No drying rack or tea towels. Only one socket in kitchen. Had to use extension lead for microwave and coffee machine. Lots of things damaged, broken or not clean. Plug on clothes iron did not fit any of the sockets. We had to buy an adaptor for CHF20 - but the host has offered to pay for this.
Teleurstellende accomodatie! Zwaar verouderd en slechte communicatie
3.0− Het appartement wijkt erg af van de foto's zoals deze bij de boeking vermeld waren. Ons appartement, en dan vooral de keuken en badkamer, sterk verouderd. De lamp op de badkamer was defect, er was geen stop in de wasbak, maar ook geen teiltje waardoor afwassen onmogelijk was. Een lade in de keuken viel uit elkaar, de vriezer zat helemaal vol met ijs, de keuken was slecht uitgerust. Ik heb de verhuurder geïnformeerd maar hij reageerde boos dat de accomodatie precies zo was als bij jullie op de site. Ik heb foto's gemaakt, maar kon deze niet via jullie contactformulier doorsturen.

10.0We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The hosts were very attentive and friendly. The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby. We felt comfortable throughout our entire stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
Alles perfekt gerne wieder
9.0Es war eine sehr gute Unterkunft in zentraler Lage mit super Ausstattung. Es hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Gerne wieder.
− Die Batterie des Rauchmelders war leer weshalb der Rauchmelder ständig gepiept hat. War aber nicht schlimm da wir die Batterie einfach entfernt haben. Also alles gut!
