Una estancia realmente perfecta! A nuestra llegada encontramos un kit de bienvenida muy completo con todo lo necesario: papel higiénico, gel de ducha, café, té, galletas e incluso agua fresca en la nevera. Un detalle que marca la diferencia y te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. El barrio de San Giovanni es ideal para visitar Roma: muy bien comunicado con autobuses y metro, lleno de restaurantes, bares y todo tipo de servicios. Moverse hacia el centro fue facilísimo y en pocos minutos se llegan a las principales atracciones. Hicimos el check-in tarde, después de medianoche, sin ningún problema, todo perfectamente organizado. Además, contamos con un transfer comodísimo desde el aeropuerto, puntual e impecable.

El departamento es muy como y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Marco es muy amable y responde cuando surge alguna duda.

Nothing as such

− No worth the money paid, higher additional charges paid by me in cash(100 EURO) for bed linen towels which was worse n towel, bed linen were not at all clean (worth for 10 euro max)please note that I have not paid such extra cash payment for towels anywhere in my trip , only three sachet of body wash provided in bathroom for three days of stay for 3 ppl?? When asked for extra it was told that I need to buy from outside? request booking.com to check n ensure why is this issues n seems property owners are doing scam supported by booking….not sure??please check on ground reality n ensure this must stop everything is provided as shown on your website during booking for booked stay duration and not for one day as I have booked for 3 days, correct?

The house was within walking distance to the metro, several great cafes, markets and restaurants. The host was very attentive, respectful and quick to respond. The house was clean and its location made us feel safe.

− The heating was controlled by the condominium so the house was colder than I expected. Nevertheless, there were two ACs that kept us warm.

Great location, near metro station Re di Roma, about 5 min.It is located in an elegant and safe part of Rome. Very easy to find, easy to chek in/out. Marco is a great host. The apartment is beautiful and spacious.,There is a beautiful garden in front. We will definitely come again!
